Donna Offers Conversation Without Sharing Helen's Fear

Donna helps wake Helen and explains their surroundings, providing the first available human connection in a frightening situation. Yet her enthusiasm and visible relief about Helen's mixed coat introduce competition into that help. Helen answers some questions about her capture while withholding the story behind her wedding dress, making the conversation a limited exchange of reassurance and information rather than an established friendship or a fully trusted alliance between them.

What does Helen choose to share with Donna, and what does she keep private despite needing conversation?
