Relationships in the opening

Anna's Appeal to the Luna Fails

When the Luna enters, Anna treats her arrival as a possible interruption of danger and asks directly for protection. The response instead endorses the accusation against her, destroying that immediate hope of help. Later, Anna looks toward other confined omegas for reassurance and finds shared fear; the opening distinguishes wanting an ally from finding someone both willing and able to change the conditions threatening them.

Which people does Anna approach for reassurance, and what prevents each encounter from becoming dependable support?
