Pyro Challenges How Hali Treats Colden

Colden apologizes after Hali dismisses him as an unsatisfying opponent, suggesting that the session has become personally discouraging. Pyro eventually tells Hali to teach their brother rather than belittle him, giving his intervention a protective dimension. Yet the brothers also cheer, tease, and hurt one another during practice. The opening leaves support entangled with rivalry instead of presenting a uniformly affectionate or hostile family dynamic.

When does the brothers' competitive behavior help Colden, and when does it undermine him?
